We're ready

We respect privacy and your rights to control your personal data

The European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the most important change in data privacy regulation in 20 years. It goes into effect on the 25th May 2018. As part of this new enforcement, at Hyperfish we have updated our policies and introduced new processes to meet the regulations.

We respect you privacy and rights to control your personal data. Our guiding principles are simple; we will be clear about the data we collect and why. Your data is vigilantly protected by us. We do not and will not sell your data to third parties.

What is Hyperfish doing to prepare for GDPR?

We have made enhancements to our processes, products, contracts, and documentation to support our own, and our partner’s compliance with the GDPR.  While many of these changes will not be directly visible to customers, we’re providing greater clarity on the way Hyperfish collects, uses, shares, and manages personal information through our new and improved Privacy Policy.

With these new standards in place, here is what’s new:

  • We have added some detail around what you can do with your data and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

  • We have given you additional information about when we delete your data.

  • We will provide increased transparency around the different purposes for which we use your personal information.

Read our Privacy Policy to learn more about how we approach data privacy.

If you wish to request your data or request to be forgotten in the Hyperfish service, please follow these instructions.
